About
My name is Courtney Nelson Bond
Courtney is a dedicated Mobility Mentor and Registered Massage Therapist in Gatineau, Quebec. I'm passionate about mobility and needed to put my passion to good use helping people just like you move freely.
At the age of 16 I gave birth to my first child. Since that experience I faced significant challenges with mobility, including hip problems that arose after pregnancy. This journey ignited a fire in me to get back to moving freely so that I could play with my son. I'm committed to understanding how to heal the body and the importance of having the right mindset in everyday life.

With this solid foundation I combine therapeutic massage techniques with personalized mobility training to enhance flexibility, strength, and overall physical performance. Having worked with a diverse range of clients—from athletes to those recovering from injuries—I understands the unique needs of each individual.

I am dedicated to creating tailored programs that promoting sustainable movement patterns, reducing pain, and improving my clients quality of life. I truly believe mobility is one of the keys to living a vibrant, active lifestyle and I strive to empower you with the knowledge, guidance, tools and support you need to move freely and confidently.​
