Location

Where are you located?

Is there a shower available?

My studio is located at 45 Rue Cousineau, Gatineau by appointment only.

Currently clients do not have access to a shower at this location. To offset this only high quality oils that absorb into the skin quickly leaving your skin feeling moisturized instead of greasy. Towels are also available to wipe off any access oils at the end of your session.

Is parking available on site?

Yes! Parking is free on the street and/or in the driveway behind my vehicle. During winter parking on the street is not permitted so I ensure a parking spot is available in the driveway when snow is falling.

Services & Booking

How do I book an appointment?

Clients can book using the online booking platform by clicking the book now button in the menu or by getting in touch with me directly.

Same day appointments are only available by contacting me directly at 905-299-7304.

Can you come to my home?

Mobile bookings aka private events are accepted or declined on a case by case basis. They are only available for corporate/wellness events, wedding parties, birthday groups etc and require a 4 hour minimum plus travel expenses. You can contact me about a private event Here.

Are services covered by insurance?

Insurance receipts are available for massage therapy services. If you require an insurance receipt, simply add the “insurance receipt” option during the online booking process.

Other Move Freely services—such as Fusion Fitness, mobility sessions, wellness events, and coaching—are not billed to insurance, but may be eligible for reimbursement if you have a Health Spending Account, Wellness Fund, or Lifestyle Spending Account through your employer.

Coverage depends on your individual benefits plan.

What type of oil do you use?

I use a few different high quality all natural oils. Which ones depend on availability and time of year. My primary choices are coconut oil and hemp seed oil. During winter when people tend to have dry skin I also add a bit of castor oil to the mix to help your skin stay hydrated well after your sessions done.

Policies

Do you accept male clients?

Yes! Men and women are both welcome to book at my studio. I simply expect respect regardless of your gender.

Can I be nude?

Yes! Clients are welcome to disrobe down to fully nude. This is usually my preference as it allows me to work unimpeded by undergarments. *Please also review my coverings policy.

What is your policy on coverings?

Clients do not need a covering when face down but a small salon towel is required when face up and exposed. This ensures privacy and professionalism is maintained throughout the session.  I do NOT make exceptions to this rule.

What if I get an erection?

Its not uncommon for men to experience an erection during their session. There is no need to be embarrassed, just continue to relax and enjoy your massage

Do NOT

  • draw unnecessary attention to your condition

  • Ask inappropriate questions

  • Make inappropriate comments

  • Attempt to remove your covering

Do you have a privacy policy?

I do! you can review my full privacy policy

TESTIMONIALS

Courtney is very professional, her clinic is clean and very welcoming. Her massage is definitely on the higher end of the scale. I highly recommend her and I will return.

5 Stars - Charles Chamberlain

This was my first visit and I received the best massage I’ve ever had and I’m 67. Courtney took the time to explain and assess my situation and then worked her magic with her hands and feet. The location is very accessible and clean. I highly recommend her!!

5 Stars - Rick Voyer

Incredibly talented RMT. I work out every day, and work at a desk, and feel better than I have in a very long time. Just 10 minutes from downtown. Very highly recommended.

Move Freely’s Experiential Offerings are curated, hands-on experiences designed to bring people together through movement, creativity, sensory exploration, and practical self-care — without pressure, performance, or heavy emotional work.

These offerings are intentionally broad and flexible. They create space for shared experiences that feel engaging, human, and enjoyable, whether the focus is relaxation, play, creativity, connection, or learning something new.

Experiential Offerings are not fitness classes or talk-based workshops.

They are immersive, participatory experiences that combine simple movement, grounding practices, sensory elements, and interactive activities — designed to support presence, clarity, connection, and enjoyment.

Experiential Offerings may include:

  • Sound-based experiences, sensory relaxation & intention-setting gatherings

  • Creative experiences such as art-based nights

  • Guided self-massage and basic body-care sessions

  • Gentle movement or mobility-focused experiences

  • Interactive, playful activities that encourage connection and ease

Offerings may be created for men, women, couples, families, or mixed groups, depending on the format and intention. Some experiences are calming and restorative, others playful and high-energy, and many fall somewhere in between.

These experiences are well suited for people who:

  • Want something more engaging than a single appointment

  • Enjoy creative, sensory, or hands-on experiences

  • Feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or in need of a reset

  • Want to connect with themselves or others in a low-pressure environment

  • Are curious to explore new ways of moving, creating, or being together

Experiential Offerings are hosted as scheduled events or small group gatherings, with details shared as offerings become available.
