Move Freely blends movement, strength, and grounded healing into a method that helps you feel better in your body — and in your life.
No extremes.
No gimmicks.
No one-size-fits-all nonsense.
Just a simple, powerful whole-istic approach that works to strengthen, heal and transform you as a whole person.
Here’s how Move Freely's Fusion Method creates change:
✔ We work with your body, not against it
Instead of forcing intensity or pushing through pain, we teach your body how to move, realign, and strengthen in ways that feel natural and sustainable.
✔ You get real therapeutic support
Massage isn’t fluff here — it’s effective, intentional, deeply relieving, and delivered with actual pressure, precision, and skill.
✔ We guide you, step by step
Whether you’re in a private session or a small-group experience, you get coaching that meets you where you’re at — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
✔ We blend movement and healing into transformation
Move Freely isn’t fitness.
It’s not massage.
It’s not meditation.
It’s the space where all three meet — creating real shifts in how you move, feel, relate, and live.
✔ You feel the difference — fast
Most people notice it in the first session:
Less tension.
More ease.
More strength.
More clarity.
More YOU.
The goal is simple:
to help you move through life with more strength, more ease, and more freedom — inside and out.
⭐ Massage Therapy
Move Freely offers results-driven massage therapy focused on real therapeutic change — not light, spa-style treatments unless that’s what you’re looking for.
Our signature approach, Fusion Massage, blends Swedish, Californian, Lomi, and Ashiatsu techniques into a single, cohesive treatment. Sessions use slow, intentional pressure and fluid movement to address deep-rooted tension, improve mobility, and support how your body functions in daily life.
This work is especially effective for the core of the body — hips, low back, and surrounding structures — where restriction, compensation, and chronic tension often originate. Many clients seek this work for sciatica, leg pain, and persistent tightness that hasn’t responded to lighter approaches.
For clients who prefer consistent, even compression throughout the entire session, Ashiatsu-only treatments are also available.
Mobilization & Stretch Therapy Add-On
Clients may choose to add guided mobilizations and stretch-based therapy to their massage session during booking.
These techniques involve assisted joint movement, positional stretching, and gentle leverage to help restore range of motion, reduce protective tension, and improve how the body moves as a whole. When combined with massage, mobilizations can significantly enhance therapeutic results — especially for hips, spine, shoulders, and posture-related restrictions.
This add-on extends your session by 15 minutes and is ideal for clients who want both deep release and improved movement.
Every session is tailored to what your body needs most that day — whether that’s deep therapeutic work, focused relief, mobility support, postural care, or a more relaxation-focused session.
Insurance Receipts
Insurance receipts for massage therapy are available upon request.
If you require a receipt, simply select the insurance receipt option during the online booking process.
This work is well suited for:
-
Sciatica and leg pain
-
Chronic tightness, tension, or stiffness
-
Hip, low-back, and posture-related discomfort
-
Office workers and sedentary professionals
-
Highly active individuals and athletes
-
Sports-related muscle fatigue or overuse
-
Stress and nervous system overload
-
Anyone seeking effective, meaningful bodywork
⭐ Fusion Fitness
Fusion Fitness offers beginner-friendly small group movement programs designed to help you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in your everyday movement — without gym culture, endless reps, or intimidation.
The training draws from natural, functional movement principles such as fluidity, control, precision, full-range mobility, adaptability, and problem-solving movement. Instead of isolated exercises, you learn how to move your body as an integrated system — the way it’s meant to work in real life.
These programs are ideal for people who sit too much, move too little, feel disconnected from their body, or feel limited by their current mobility. Many participants start with restricted range of motion — unable to squat comfortably, move through basic positions, or transition easily on and off the floor — and want a safe, supportive way to rebuild those fundamentals.
The focus is simple:
-
Functional, real-world movement
-
Strength through full ranges of motion
-
Improved balance, coordination, and control
-
Greater adaptability and confidence in how you move
-
Feeling good in your body again
Fusion Fitness is taught in a supportive, encouraging small-group environment where progression is guided and individualized. There’s no pressure to perform, no comparison, and no expectation to already be “fit” — just intelligent movement, taught with care.

Courtney is very professional, her clinic is clean and very welcoming. Her massage is definitely on the higher end of the scale. I highly recommend her and I will return.
5 Stars - Charles Chamberlain
This was my first visit and I received the best massage I’ve ever had and I’m 67. Courtney took the time to explain and assess my situation and then worked her magic with her hands and feet. The location is very accessible and clean. I highly recommend her!!
5 Stars - Rick Voyer
Incredibly talented RMT. I work out every day, and work at a desk, and feel better than I have in a very long time. Just 10 minutes from downtown. Very highly recommended.
